Cryptographic Digital Signature Project with CCA ICT Bangladesh (2022–2023)

From 2022 to 2023, I played a pivotal role in the thought and idea generation process for implementing cryptographic digital signatures for CCA ICT Bangladesh. This project focused on enhancing the security and efficiency of digital transactions. Leveraging my expertise in AI and engineering, I contributed to developing innovative solutions that addressed critical needs in digital infrastructure, reinforcing the importance of secure and scalable technologies in modern systems.

Data Analysis for Gancio Footwear Limited (2024)

In 2024, I led a critical project for Gancio Footwear Limited, a 100% export-oriented leather products manufacturer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. My role involved conducting data analysis for a feasibility study required for Balancing, Modernization, Rehabilitation, and Expansion (BMRE). This study provided actionable insights into optimizing production processes, enhancing machinery efficiency, and aligning operations with global market demands, contributing to Gancio’s strategic growth in the competitive footwear industry.

Consultancy at Ayaat Al Baraka Project Management Services (2020–Present)

Since 2020, I have served as a key consultant for Ayaat Al Baraka Project Management Services, a UAE-based firm specializing in engineering project management, infrastructure development, and hospitality. My role involved providing expert technological and engineering solutions, including:

• Machinery Selection and Specification: Advising on the selection and specifications of machinery to meet project-specific needs, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
• Digital Transformation and AI Integration: Implementing AI-driven processes to enhance safety, security, and efficiency across engineering operations.
• Impactful Outcomes: My contributions significantly boosted Ayaat Al Baraka’s operational efficiency, increasing its turnover from AED 5 million to AED 30 million and expanding its workforce from 20 to 70 employees within six months.

This ongoing engagement has honed my ability to deliver strategic solutions that align with industry standards and drive measurable business growth.

In 2023, Xobotronix IT became an official partner of Odoo, a leading open-source suite of integrated business applications. This partnership expanded our capabilities in delivering customized software solutions, including ERP systems, process engineering, and customer relationship management. As a partner, we have collaborated with Odoo’s global community to provide tailored solutions, further solidifying Xobotronix’s position as a leader in digital transformation.

Digital Transformation of My Room Holiday Homes, UAE (2024)

In 2024, I spearheaded the digital transformation of My Room Holiday Homes Rental in Dubai, UAE. This project focused on implementing inclusive automation solutions, including:

• Automation Systems: Integrating advanced automation for air-conditioning and water pre-heating systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Sustainable Energy Solutions: Introducing renewable energy systems to promote sustainability and reduce costs.
• AI-Driven Enhancements: Incorporating AI to improve safety, security, and overall guest experiences.
